Yes, now it's Linspire. Originally they were making a big goal of having 100% MS Office compatibility, but reality and MS "obfuscation" of APIs made them retreat a little in that. They could use the name Lindows in the US but MS was suing them in every possible country and they could just outspend them in lawyer fees.
