Yep, but you know... it isn't usually the good ones that you remember. I
have been dubbed the iTAR queen and the really amazing analysts (one guy in
security, and Mary in concurrent manager support) and the ones that drive
you completely out of your tree are the ones that seem to stay with you the
longest.

Most of the time you get good people, but then once in a while you are out of luck. But overall my experience has been very positive with support as well.

Actually I've been very impressed at the skills and dedication of the people have put in those few times were I've have a really critical TAR. I have to give them credit for saving my tush several times over the years.
