itical one means you need to be at your desk 24x7? :)
I assume you mean critical. In that case, neither you nor the analyst need= s to be at their desk 24x7. You need to have someone who's familiar with t= he problem and can continue the resolution, while the analyst passes it on =to another analyst with as detailed a briefing as possible.
