Monitoring tool advise needed

Hi list,
I'm currently evaluating/playing with a monitoring tool, not just to monitor the database side but the OS, network, etc as well. It's called SITE ALIVE from Creation Point. I was wondering if any of you are using it already. In that case can you share your thoughts about it?

Can anybody advise on some other tools that deserve to be tested?
