True, but it is the latest that MS is offering since they
keep on delaying their products. For those who paid 3 years
subscription but get nothing, I wonder if that still makes
SQL server cheap.

Probably no surprise that Oracle came out on the top, and MS SQL Server came out on the bottom.
As with the Internet in general, Microsoft got started too late with XML, and SQL Server is evidence of that.
