I'm trying to install Designer (10g) but Oracle has changed the process
since I did it last. I'm using 9ir2 database, HP-UX with separate app server
and database server. I know the client is windows install and the SCM used
to be a Unix - database server install. Is this still true or does the SCM
install on top of Oracle Application server?
