Yes, it's for getting people to try HTMLDB. It appears to be synonymous with
htmldb.oracle.com. I use this site to test HTMLDB as a hosted application,
so I can try it out without actually having to download anything to my
machine and access my work from anywhere. It's been working pretty well.
