Oracle doesn't satisfy any of the EF code rules, since there is no such
thing as an EF code rule.
If you were talking about 12 relational database rules written by E.F. Codd, then I'd guess that Oracle fully complies only to 4-5 rules (all data has to be stored in form of tables, special treatment of null values, physical data independence etc), but others are only partially "supported".
