Parallel load is supposed to be set to true only when you have many =
concurrent sessions loading into the same segment to broker the HWM of =
the that segment.

In my load scripts, that parameter is ALWAYS specified.=20 If you can't load it in parallel, direct and nologging mode,=20 then it's not worth loading.=20
