stored_outlines in 8.1.7.4 - resolution

Several months ago I posted a question about stored_outlines not working in my database (8.1.7.4/HP-UX). After convincing oracle support I was not crazy, they came across a bug (3008000). I just applied in my test system and it worked.  

Just wanted to post some useful info.
