for your first question:
1.- I've found problems with rbs tablespaces EXPorting
data.
The solution was:
1.- Leave the RBS tbs as dictionary managed...
or...
2.- Drop and recreate from scratch as LMT.
2.- No, I haven't encountered problems with temp space tbs...
pd: Metalink has docs about this behavior...
