RWS and reports_user

In order to be able to use the web reporting system, does the reports_user have to be used when configuring the rws? Can another user be defined and used that is not an OEM admin? Does reports_user have to be an OEM admin?

We want to give some folks the ablity to view reports, but were not comfortable with those folks then also have a login into the console that is admin.
