That's including the cost of EE - RAC by itself is $20k list. There's also a low-end version of RAC that is much cheaper that is licensed for a maximum of two nodes in a cluster. Also, FWIW, Oracle will get very agressive on the RAC pricing if you push them - it doesn't seem too hard to get them down to around $5k/processor for the RAC option.
