RE:Help 9ias debug form connection

You've probably already tried this, but...

tnsping the database service name from the oracle home where 9ias is installed to make sure it is finding the db.

If it is, try a SQL*Plus connection from the same home.

If both those work ok, then I am of no help.

We have verified tnsnames configuration, database connections from 9ias =
host but forms says that there are incorrect permissions - help!
