Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> Re: Red Hat Advanced Server version
AS2.1 now has a newer version when you do a download of the CDROM. You
can download the AS2.1 upgrade 3 which has the latest versions and fixes
for AS2.1.
When you say the database crashes doesn't help in solving the problem.
What version of Oracle are you using? What do the logs report that has
happened? Are your OS requirements set up properly to Oracle's
requirements? Have you logged an ITAR with all of the relavent
information? Oracle and Red Hat have an agreement that they will place
the problem into the proper shop to get a resolution. If you log an ITAR
and the problem is with the OS Oracle will pass the info/ITAR to Red Hat
to get corrected. This of course applies to certified OS/Oracle
combinations.
