Look on Metalink. There is a document that tells how to clean a Windows
machine completely. You really have to do this before reinstalling anything.

I've just uninstalled Oracle from a windows box, yet a couple services linger on. One is the listener service. How can I delete these? I recall that there's a way to delete a service by deleting a registry key, but my mind is fuzzy on the details.
