I thought i read in tom kytes book that the advantage of dbms_sql only comes into play if the same session is going to reuse the same sql, not if many sessions are going to re-bind to the cached sql statement?
so the advantage of dbms_sql in terms of performance only comes into play then.
or did i miss something?
