92 OEM -> 10g DB fails?

I may have missed an earlier thread on this...

I can not get the OEM 9.2 to examine/control a 10g DB. It claims I miss some priviledge. This is from OEM 9.2 to a 10g on Linux as well as a 10g on Windows. (Yes, all on the same laptop...)

Being lazy, I thought one of you esteemed members already had fallen across this .... and the answer is ?
