This is the readme for Consolidated Update 2 that should bring most stuff up
to current level. You can go search in patches on whatever products or
families you have installed (FII, AP, AR, GL, whatever) and see what the
latest patch sets are... and check the patch down loads to see if those are
in either 11.5.9 or the consolidated update.
The latest minipacks link will let you see what family pack most of them are on, but some are not listed (with well over a hundred different schemas, listing them all would get very long).
