AVG. R/W Sizes/patterns over a working day

Folks

For an Application running in production, for a usual working day how can the following be found (using Statspack / Others)?

1. Average response time
2. Average request Size
3. Read Vs. write ratio
4. Random Vs. Sequential access ratio
