I did a pile of experimenting with it a year ago, in hopes of helping PeopleSoft. It does just as advertised, but you've got to use separate Oracle accounts. Something that PeopleSoft doesn't. Gotcha!!

Subject: database resource manager

Anyone have any experience with using oracle's database resource manager? I understand it can limit resources such as CPU, etc. I am starting to research now and am looking for any PROs or CONs.

I am running 8i on HP-UX 11.00

Thanks all.
