Check Metalink docs 34924.996 and 290241.996, it seems you are having a Async IO resource issues.

Hi Friends,
Is there any fixed values for setting up=20
MAXIMUM number of servers
MINIMUM number of servers
Maximum number of REQUESTS
Iam getting this dbwr error once in a month saying lio_listio returned = EAGAIN!! My environment is AIX5.1 with oracle8174.
