script to scan show=y log for create user/grant statements

Folks,

Anyone have a pre-written script to scan an imp show=y log file for those statements necessary to create a user, grant it system privileges and roles, prior to performing a fromuser/touser import of its schema? I figured someone must have done this before. Otherwise, I'll quickly come up with one.
