I think their membership processing leaves much to be desired. I signed up for a year, more than a year ago now. I never received a copy of Select, and thus far the only thing I have received is a request to renew my=20 membership.

How long does it take the IOUG to process an application for membership? I applied online two weeks ago, sent a followup email a week ago and still have heard nothing back from them. Not even an acknowledgement.=20
