Hi, Graphical interface of sql plus have several problems and limitations, to use for us.
we use sqlplus /nolog, this is the commandline utility , this is really really useful.
This is instaleld in developer and database installation.

Now if you want do bigger things and if you are working on windows, and if it's adecuated to your needs, test sql navigator from quest software or embarcadero could be a very very interesting option and time -saving .

Gosh I give up using SQL*Plus Worksheet. I just could not connect to the oracle. I said db not connected, the password and SID is all correct .... i am very positive.

I thought SQL*PLUS can do more stuff , like having history file and pluss it's graphical?
