For those who are newbies, the rule to solve a generic problem with Oracle database, of some complexity. Like the previous: to send an email with an attachment.
( not a very specific platform bug, which are resolved usually through metalink)

Is Tom Kyte, you have an expert in Oracle that does the work for you, free. Is a secret your boss never will get know. And will save hours of investigation in several situations.
