I'm assuming that you mean you want to export/import a schema from Solaris to Linux? If so, just do it. Export/Import will take care of platform incompatibilities. When you send the export dump file to Linux, don't forget to do a binary transfer, since export is a binary format.

database 9.2.0.4
Hi
I am asked to create a 32bit database on Redhat Linux(2.1) and import a 64bit database(Solaris) in it.
database version 9.2.0.4 on both machines.
I tried to locate something on Metalink but bo success. What shall be the best way to do it?
Is somebody did it before. Any known issues or problems?
