I had no problem. Downloaded everything yesterday evening - on W2K using IE - burnt id onto CDs, installed RH ES 3 overnight and just now expanded the ccd using "cpio -idcmv < ship.ccd.cpio" (after gunzip-ing from the CD to /tmp) as described on the download page.
