Have you checked on your Outlook what settings you have for
Tools>Options>Mail Format? Check what you have set for "Internet Format"
and "International Options." What encoding are you using for outgoing
messages? Have you tried changing to a different encoding? Or it could
just be your Exchange server (or any other stop along the way) that is
adding the =3D3D20 to your messages when an unknown character is found =
in
your message.

Perhaps the =3D3D20 is the result of some funky behavior between =
us-ascii
encoding and 2003. Is your email server formatting or retouching -so to
speak- your email messages before forwarding them? Just a thought!

Well, well, well. Troublemaker strikes again.
I am using Outlook 2002 on an XP laptop, I'm 99% sure our exchange server is running 2003. =3D3D20
Honestly everyone! The extra characters don't bother me. It's a small price to pay just to have this list available. Jeez, it's FREE.=3D3D20
