Try this site. While it is about 9i, some of the same issues will appear in the 8.1.x install.

Hi,
I have 256mb RAM,60GB of hard disk,P3 MACHINE.I'm having installation of oracle 817 on linux 7.2.
I got error during oracle relinking.DOes any one have such problem earlier? Let me know if some one had such installation in past.ANy thoughts are most welcome.
