Loading Muliti-Language Excel data into UTF-8 database

Hi All,

I need to load Multi-language data from MS-Excel sheet into Oracle 8i database (UTF-8). I saved Excel file as .CSV file then using SQL*Loader did load the data into Oracle database. But the data got garbled(all ????). How should I resolve this issue? Is there a way to store Excel file in Unicode/UTF-8 encoding format?

Any help would be really appreciated.
