ORA-01578 data block corrupted

I got ORA-01578 error while querrying info for below table.  How do I fix this error?

SQL>Select count(*) from GATEWAYCALLSTATS;

     *

ERROR at line 2:

ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 3, block # 2683299)

ORA-01110: data file 3: '/apps/oracle/oradata/SIDB/rtesvr01.dbf'
