tanel, they take care of the cache advise. I suggest to turn db_cache_advise

Hi!
What do the simulator hash latch and simulator lru latch protect?
Do they have something to do with cache or MTTR advisories simulations? I didn't find anything from docs nor internet...
Tanel.
