ora 8176

Hi all.

Two users have received ora-8176 error while running their reports today. These reports have been accessing the tables against which an "alter table exchange partition" command was performed possibly while the reports were being executed. Based on what I read about the 8176 error on metalink, I think this could be the explanation. Does that make sense?
