If you're a member of the UKOUG (probably unlikely, but worth a try!)
it's on their web site I believe.
I still haven't managed to get Jonathan to add my editorial "but every example you give would wreck ANY clustered database, Oracle's or not" to his presentation. Oh, well! :)
