And yet it STILL returns articles about DEC's RDB.

Wasn't the new/improved MetaLink supposed to be out Q1 of *this* year? All I want is valid HTML, no %$#*( frames, and no hits that I can't view or that don't apply to my search (e.g. DEC RDB, Apps, etc.).
