I cannot post these things to public forums because of my email, :) sorry. Otherwise this mailing list would be flooded by messages of mine like "Russians" Oracle newsgroups were flooded before I joined Oracle.
The Internet and 'Oracle 24x7 Tips & Techniques' book have some description of such. You can also enable native compilation to see what's going on [if you familiar with C language].
