Oracle-L: ORA-27102: out of memory in Tru64

Hi friends ,

I am getting the following error when trying to take the database to nomount state . I am trying to create a new database .

$ svrmgrl

ORA-27102: out of memory
Compaq Tru64 UNIX Error: 12: Not enough space Additional information: 1
Additional information: 98307

My Shm parameters are as given below .

$ /sbin/sysconfig -q ipc

Please help me to solve this error .
