consultant version bill1.0 is stable having been in production since 1968, all reported installations of bill1.0 have reported a very low bug rate, bill1.0 has been proven to work with multiple Oracle versions, as well as multiple languages and interfaces. it does however seem to reject input from damagement and duhevelopers.;-)
