I have used SQL-Programmer for several years. It was developed
by Sylvain-Faust, but they were bought out by BMC. It used to
be reasonably priced, but now BMC wants a ton of gold for it.
Good tool, but now overpriced.
We have also evaluated the "SQL Navigator", Quest Software's PL/SQL development tool, but I much preferred SQL-Programmer.

I am looking for a tool to debug the sql procedures. I tried with TOAD, but at times this is not working.. Any suggestions on any other tools would be great help..
