To: Multiple recipients of list ORACLE-L <ORACLE-L_at_fatcity.com> cc: Subject: pct increase
Hi List ,
I have a table set with pctincrease 50. After growing many times now it is
asking for 520M of disk space and I dont have that much space in
dba_free_space . Now I want to change pctincrease to 0. So that it doesn't
have spiraling requirement . But event after changing pctincrease to 0
this table is still coming in my list of monitored exntents which doesn't
have room for next growth.
Question is , when does oracle calcs next space requirement ? It looks
like its precalculated .
