Hmm... absolutely no responses.
Perhaps a bit of clarification is in order.
I'm interested in comments only on the content.
This was a write as a you go paper and decidely not publishable as is. If it seems worthwhile, I will rewrite into something a little more acceptable than the very rough draft that it is.
