Whoops - I missed a question in there. = Smallest lun=20 possible? On the older HDS thunder systems, you can make = teeny-tiny luns -=20 I'm guessing the 9570V is the same way. Make a raid group and = carve a few=20 small luns out of it.

2)=20 Absolutely. Veritas will get very unhappy if it loses access to = those=20 disks

3)=20 SCSI-3 Persistent Reservation. When a node "malfunctions", = another node=20 will issue a SCSI-3 reservation against the 3 coordinator disks. = When=20 the broken node tries to access those disks (as it does every few = seconds=20 normally) it will be rejected and the box will panic (I'm pretty sure = it=20 panics - test it)
