RE: possible to set continuation prompt in sql*plus?

That's right--I am looking for an analogue to PS<x>. I've been playing around w/sqlcontinue & sqlnumber but so far no joy. I'm using sql*plus 8.0.6.0.0 (running against an 8.1.6 db).

I think so too. I think sqlcontinue and sqlnumber is what this guy is looking for.

I got the impression that the question is if sql plus has the equivalent of the Unix PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4 prompts.
