In OH/network/log is there a listener.log file? Who owns it? Who are you
starting the listener as and does that ID have rights to write to the
listener.log?

Hi,
I need somebody here to help me to start my Oracle listener for my Oracle server was power off this morning. Here, when I run the lsncrtl start, I get an error message. Please see the following message:
# ./lsnrctl start

Listener failed to start. See the error message(s) above...
Can somebody tell me how to start my Oracle listener? Any suggestion are
highly appreciated!
