I dont understand neither, in 2000 there was a USA
company looking for a dba, I've got all the skills and
aproved the exams without problem, but the only
problem was the H1-B cost, so I told to the employer
that if they pay the H1-B cost I'd re-pay them in the
future with my salary, but they didn't accept.
After all wasn't too bad, I don't remember the
company's name but the location was at the world trade
center.
