The last WHERE is testing on RN, not ROWNUM. Thats the trick right there!

If its true that we can only test < and <= for ROWNUM, and that sure appears to be the case, then we cannot have ROWNUM on the last WHERE clause on line 5, but its alias is fine.

Robert Freeman? I had a professor Robert Freeman, he taught Comp Engr at UMC...
