I've used 'Oracle Data Warehouse', Michael J.Corey / Michael Abbey, from Osbourne Oracle Press. 1997. No comparative judgements, but its got to be useful.

But if you are into design, then I must recommend 'Oracle Design' by Dave Ensor and Ian Stevenson. O'Reilly. There is a section on warehouse.
