I just ran into this article, and it seems pretty good, aside from being
oriented toward Oracle9iAS and Oracle9iAS TopLink. If you support Java, take
a look at it. If anyone has found any issues with the statements it makes, I
would be interested in hearing them.

Not long ago my Java developers wanted a primary key on each table. I posted to this list and received very helpful replies. This article explains why J2EE needs that.
