Need ocfgutil.exe

Hi,

I have installed Oracle Administration Assistant 8.1.7.4 on Win 2000. However the utility ocfgutil.exe was not installed. Apparently this is a common problem according to MetaLink. Does anyone have this utility that can be e-mailed
offline? If so please rename the extension.
